InlineAllocation test fails for optimizing compiler because of porky large array allocation

Description

The regression tests show a test failure for the InlineAllocation test on PPC when all methods are compiled with the optimizing compiler: The limit for the large array allocation sequence is 30 for PPC, but the actual size is over 400.

We don't run the InlineAllocation test for the optimizing compiler on IA32 (gctest is not part of test.set.short in the sanity test run) but a manual check reveals a similar problem: The limit for IA32 is 100 but the actual size is over 1000.
