Improvements to ZipEntry

Description

As ZipEntry's have their time internally in a dos time format int, but the API specifies manipulating them using longs, the current zip entry code performs conversion using a calendar storing the entries in dos time format internally. If the zip entry held either long or dos time format times then it could avoid having a strong reliance on the calendar code, only using it when the zip entry was being manipulated - ie when writing a zip entry, rather than the more normal situation of reading a zip entry. As we need the zip code to boot, this can mean we don't need the calendar code in the boot image. This can speed booting (where we need to recompile/re-run the initializers) and boot image writing (where we don't need to compile this code ahead of time).
